One Love.
IT’S ONLY THE 3RD WEEK OF CLASS AND I’VE ESSENTIALLY SAID GOODBYE TO SLEEP

so airplanes officially banned tweezers. honestly i think anyone that can hijack an airplane with a pair of tweezers deserves the airplane

I don’t have a fear of commitment. I have a fear of abandonment. We all screw things up. I screw things up, especially with people I love. I get needy, I get moody, I get distant, I want to be close, I get confused. I don’t understand all of it, but I keep pushing because I hope this thing, this universe, there’s no way that I’m the only person out there who wants something this bad, if I want it, someone else out there must too.

The top picture was taken about 15 months ago and I weighed 106 pounds. The bottom picture was taken this morning and I haven’t weighed myself in a few weeks but I’m around 120 pounds. I’ve always been a tiny little nugget barely able to carry in groceries but now I’m dead-lifting over 1.5 times my body weight.

Over the past year I’ve noticed my shoulder’s getting broader and my jeans feeling tighter around my quads. But most importantly I’ve felt healthy and strong.

Feeling extremely proud of myself for being able to keep up with my fitness throughout PA school, even if it means getting a little less sleep.

Remember ladies, weight is only a number. && strong is sexy

sending your selfies to NASA because you’re a star

Get excited about the little things. About wearing a new outfit for the first time. About Sunday brunches with your best friends. About the new cute guy in your class. About finding an extra dollar in your pocket. About anything that even remotely makes you happy because as you grow up, passions fade and enthusiasm gets mistaken for foolishness. So don’t let the grey world stop you from shining.
